What if you could overcome any pain in your life, without adding on more stress, more suffering, and more pain on top of your already existing pain?
It is possible.
But not in the way you think.
It is possible because greater is He who is in you, who has overcome the world.
(inspired by 1 John 4:4)
Trying to overcome all the pains in life by yourself and through your own strength is exhausting, discouraging and can leave you even more hopeless.

As a Christian Life Coach, I offer the perspective of a Hope, Love, and Grace that the world was never meant to fill us. It is a perspective that leaves us notstriving and notmore exhausted, but instead, surrendering in victory, peace and freedom.
Not only that, as someone who has lived through chronic illness, suicide attempts and ideation, abuse and trauma, I’ve walked these journeys that have created such deep wounds in our hearts. I am also a wife and a mom (and infant loss mama), so I understand the challenges of trying to juggle all of this at the same time. (You can get to know me a little more here.)
I’ve cried out to God…
I’ve wrestled with Him…
And as a human, I continue to…
I would be honored to come alongside you as your coach, to be a safe space for you to share all the reasons why trusting God is so hard, and work together through how you can trust Him more and more in each season of your life.
What if I’m not a Christian? Can I still coach with you? You’ve gone through what I’m struggling in…
It is not only welcomed, but it would be my joy and honor to work with you. You can easily select on your client intake forms that you prefer not to discuss faith-based things in your sessions.
I am ready to start. What now?
