Your conditions may slow you down, but they can’t limit you.


I’m not talking about surface things like limit the foods you eat or exercise moves you can do.


I know my conditions will get worse if I choose to eat certain things frequently and do inappropriate exercises.


I’m talking about what you were 𝒄𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒅 𝒇𝒐𝒓.


𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗿𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲.


Your purpose in life.


The burning desire in you to fulfill those things... 𝐍𝐎 condition can limit...
...because they were placed in you by a 𝐋𝐈𝐌𝐈𝐓𝐋𝐄𝐒𝐒 God.


So don’t believe the lies that you’re worthless because of your conditions.
You are worth SO MUCH MORE than you know, even with them!

Are you paralyzed when it comes to making decisions?

Fear of failing? Doubt of whether you can do it? Wonder of whether you can handle whatever comes with that big dream?

Get rid of all those voices and listen to the one that matters.

The worst that can happen isn't that you'll fail, mess up, pause, or need to take a detour.

The worst that can happen is allowing your fears and doubts to paralyze you so much so that it's robbing you from your best case scenario....the plans, dreams and purpose from your Creator.

And when we live in LINE with these, the best thing that happens isn't those things coming into fruition.

It's walking with God and having a more intimate relationship with Him as we live it out.

Healthy Mindset and Foundation

I need to remind myself of this often.

When you're tempted to miss your workout, or to not put good fuel in your body...reflect on the ripple effect it causes.

With my multiple conditions from head to toe, I have often said that my mental ones are a different kind of challenge to navigate through life with than my physical ones.

#ChronicIllnessWarriors know the great impact our physical conditions have on our minds and hearts.

The hardest part of our health and fitness journey isn't the workouts, or even the nutriton...it's our mindset.

When we can have a firm, strong and healthy mindset and foundation, we can tackle the things that come our way in ALL areas of our lives.
