+ What if I don’t get to listen to this week’s podcast?
Work on the current week’s material and notice what you are making it mean. If you have time to listen, go for it. If not, move forward.
+ I really do feel exhausted from my symptoms and medications. How can I handle this?
Side effects and symptoms like fatigue are real. You thinking them on top of that, can make the fatigue even greater. Reflect if there is any upside to you thinking those kinds of thoughts.
+ Is this just about positive thinking?
No. If it was, we would all be where we want to be and get the results we want simply by thinking positively. The work we do is much more powerful and impactful.
+ What do I do on the days where depression and anxiety just seem like too much?
Notice how that thought impacts your depression and anxiety, and your overall day. There will be days that feel harder than others, and you allow and process those symptoms from your conditions. Thinking those kind of thoughts, will only add on more symptoms and pain, on top of the ones you are already experiencing. No need to add on more pain and suffering. Practice your thought downloads and feeling and processing your emotions more and/or simply rest and be still. Also get additional coaching on this if needed.
