If previous goals and unfinished goals overwhelmed you more than brought you closer to your goal in the past, change it!

Choose ONE intention for this week to constrain.

Break it down into smaller steps as needed. Schedule it with intention on the days you are able to do the smaller steps (and include enough rest and recovery from flare-ups), and honor it!

If at the end of this week, you discovered you need to adjust by increasing or decreasing the goal, you can!

You are figuring out what works best for your current circumstances. It is all data. It is all useful.
