Sometimes you wonder what's the point of even coming to God if He already knows...
I understand, friend.
He knows the questions you don't want to utter, because of wondering if you can even come to God with them.
He knows the doubts. He knows even the anger.
It doesn't change how He feels about you.
You can safely come to Him with all of it, even when you don't know what to say.

As Aaron and I were walking Leo today, we passed by a few plants where the rain drops were sitting beautifully.
Aaron called it a “masterpiece,” and wanted me to take a picture.
I told him that before this “masterpiece,” was rain.
The rain and storms can be hard and cold, but after it settles, these droplets remind us that there can be beauty after the storms...
So hang on during your storm.
All of it, including you, are all a part of God’s masterpiece.
YOU are His masterpiece friend.

When you have health issues or other obstacles that feel so conflicting with the strong desires of your heart and soul, it is easy to be confused and wonder why the desires are even there if you can’t fulfill them?
You doubt yourself.
You doubt God.
And the cycle of worthlessness and distrust continues.
Oh friend, if you only knew how God can take those desires AND your weaknesses and obstacles and turn it into something greater than you’ve ever imagined, like only HE CAN!
When we first moved into our home, I envisioned one of the rooms to be my office where I would have counseling sessions.
Almost 8 years later, that vision of that room becoming my office is turning into reality.
I didn’t become an LCSW.
And I’m not doing counseling sessions in person.
But the desire turned into service still stands.
I’m a life coach doing all my sessions virtually for both my own health and the convenience of my clients.
It took 8 years for this to happen, and it took 8 years of surrendering my desires to become His desires and plans for my life.
Aligning my dream with God’s dream (instead of chasing my own) makes any condition, symptom and obstacle seem so petty and small.
And the same is true for you friend.
If you have strong desires and tugs of what you believe God is calling you too, yet are confused with how that can happen with your circumstances, give it all to Him.
As you journey with God, He will guide you, strengthen you, comfort you, help you adjust, fine tune and direct you every step of the way.
Will you take His hand and trust Him? 🤲🏼✝️🙏🏼
