One thing that helps me is peppermint halo from @sajewellness . It doesnโt take the pain away, but it dials it down a notch for a period of time that helps. ๐ฉน
One thing I have to change constantly: the angle I sleep and the texture of my pillows. For whatever reason, it doesnโt stay the same and I have to adjust every few months, or I wake up with a ton of pain and symptoms. ๐
